While we recommend trying some holidays de-connected from the internet to fully enjoy the Polynesian lifestyle, Free Wifi is available in the whole property.

If you have stumbled across this airbnb, you are in luck! This is one of the best places I've ever stayed at through airbnb, and the company was exquisite as well! Spectacular views, a wonderful, relaxing pool, amazing scenery of the gardens that Sarah works so hard to upkeep. The animals are a ton of fun and the rooms are comfortable and have a personal touch. Please make sure to stay here at some point during your visit to Mo'orea, you won't regret it!
Sarah is a true delight. She’s incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. She gave me plenty of local tips and advice, which really made my trip great. She went above and beyond to organize any activities I asked about, and she told me where to get the best black pearls. I can’t recommend Sarah enough!
Her property is also lovely. It’s in a great central location, and it allows you to experience both the mountains and the beach. Her two cats and dog were also very sweet and made me feel right at home!
This is a GREAT place! It was the only "off the water" place we stayed during our 2 weeks in the Society Islands...but was worth it to connect with Sarah (our host). The room was private, creatively decorated (including the bathroom), comfortable, and right off the wonderful pool!
Beyond all that, Sarah welcomed us, helped us know how to get the most from our time there and our time on Moorea. She was generous in her willingness to make suggestions about things to do and places not to miss. She did a nice job fixing breakfast 2 different mornings (well worth the 1500 cfp/person!) and engaged whole-heartedly in conversation over the crepes.
Be prepared for heat when you come...and know the pool is a perfect response to a long day of sight-seeing.
Sarah’s place is truly an eco paradise. It is close to many things on the island (PaoPao valley) and has small grocery store at the base of the road and is also close to the pineapple fields (a great hike). Sarah is also a great resource to ask about the island so make sure to utilize her!
A few tips:
- the listing I stayed at was the botanical room
- it is located down an unpaved road so if you get a rental car close to the ground, be aware of that. Ferry distance is about 25 min driving, airport is less.
- there are quite a few mosquitoes. There was a mosquito net, but I still got bit quite a bit even while wearing local mosquito repellent (Citronella spray). I would buy STRONG repellent. There is a natural one also sold at pharmacies which are easy to come by in Tahiti, but not in mo’orea
